I don't like processes carrying extra weight.

I started at Santander, where I spent three years across different areas of the bank: credit risk, branches, markets, and structural risk and ALM. I finished as a cards product manager, running the existing portfolio, working with SIBS on new products and dealing with the operational reality behind each one.

Along the way I joined an innovation team. That became the bridge to what I do today: understanding businesses, challenging assumptions, finding opportunities and turning ideas into things that work.

For almost 7 years I have worked with NOVA SBE on innovation, with companies across industries: business analysis, business models, pricing models, customer development, product testing and design thinking, which means always focused on the customer.

My background is an MSc in Micro and Nanotechnologies Engineering from FCT, NOVA University Lisbon. I'm not a traditional developer. I'm a product and business person who uses AI-assisted development to build the technology, which brings the thinking and the building into the same project.
